Written for dw-remix. A combined remix of Atrogirl's stories: Home Is the Place That's There for You to Leave, Survivor, Veteran, and The Weather in Your Eyes, because all were so amazing it was too hard to just choose one. Thank you to [livejournal.com profile] morganfm for the beta.

His young eyes survey this unchosen birthplanet as he prepares to run away, weary of the rules and regulations, disillusioned with neglected power of his people. The stars themselves now summon, beckoning him away from this prison he'd once called home. And when Susan asks where they and his quite old new ship shall go, he replies anywhere, meaning everywhere, giddy with the possibilities.

Perhaps, he hopes,

Summary:
The 12th Doctor goes to his Ponds when he leaves Clara to choose his new outfit.
Notes: Fair warning, the pain meds are still muddling things on my part, but I think this makes sense, or I hope it does, though I probably should've sent it to be beta'd at the end, but I wanted to get it out before the new episode aired, so there probably are mistakes and things that make no sense, because it takes me thrice as long to concentrate & write at the moment, & it's really hard, but I'll fix it when I'm clearer-headed if it needs it...

Anyway, this is my response to Deep Breath, so SPOILER WARNING if you've yet to see it from here on out.

What made absolutely no sense to me the entire episode of Capaldi's debut (he's amazing, by the way), is that Clara is the one companion out of all of them who had no right to be affected by a new Doctor's face, because she's seen them all, & at the very least 3 that she absolutely remembers. So, she, in my opinion, shouldn't have needed the big adjustment period & especially that phone call from the previous Doctor, which no other companion ever got who hadn't seen multiple forms of him already, that undermined the rest of the "accept me as the Doctor" episode. Amendment to this: I understand the whole "companion is the audience" sentimentality, I just think in this case, Clara should've been the one convincing the Paternoster Gang he was still the same man, using their own lives as parallels, as opposed to them needing to convince her. That said, it's done, whatever, moving on.
Here's a bit of Pond/12 fluff, where he chooses his new outfit. Yes, I know he said goodbye to Amy in Time of the Doctor, but just enjoy the story. Parts of the end dialogue are purposely left speaker-less, because I believe it doesn't matter who says it, they all would or could & you could choose. And again, ignore the medicated rambling of the author, & enjoy. Ooh, and review, if you'd like.

The TARDIS landed noisily as she always did, right into River's back garden.

Summary: River has a certain habit she maintains around her husband. What happens when this time, her husband isn't the only one affected? Includes Amy, Rory, Martha, Donna, Jack, Canton, Mickey, and Rose. Rated T for the premise itself, as well as insinuations. One- shot, though universe may grow.

A/N- I don't know why this idea amused me so, nor why I chose these particular characters to participate, but it did and I did so that's that. Warning in advance- this borders on downright saucy. As always, reviews (especially about character work) appreciated. No context for this story, just assume it's in roughly the same universe as "Not so Strange Bedfellows." Thank you to the wonderful morganfm for the beta and for helping me clarify any confusion from the original post!  Have fun...

Once River had learned how it was done, she did it often enough to always keep things interesting between them.

A/N- Random short piece of humour and fluff for you based off the thought I had that the Doctor never overreacts. Or so he would claim. Space Gandalf is a reference to a tag scene from from Series 5 (look up series 5 minisodes and you should find it).  Have fun...

Summary: Ten, Eleven, and River have to share a bed, and each at different points have trouble sleeping. Here is how each of them react to restlessness, and how they all deal with it. One- shot so far. T for River flirting.

A/N:Okay, so basically I had the ridiculously funny and happy thought of Ten and Eleven sharing a bed, and Eleven slapping Ten repeatedly in the face as he reached for River but got the wrong bedmate. This came out of that thought, and turned into something else entirely. May become more, may stay a one- shot. I have most of the whos, some of the whats, but none of the whys to grow this story, so for this one- shot, lets assume younger River, older Ten, married Eleven.

Reviews greatly appreciated, along with any suggestions.

“And how exactly is this going to work?”

“It’s quite simple, Sweetie.  This,” said River, gesturing around her, “is your room.”

A/N- This idea and then the writing of this story had me in tears, and I thought it only fair you share my pain.  I blame Moffat.  Please review.

All the lights were off in the once cheery TARDIS blue- doored house.  The Doctor half- sonicked the lock, then roughly finished opening the door as he jammed his way violently into the front foyer.  He looked around, all the happy memories still framed on the walls, prized belongings shelved for all the world to see.  As if memories brought happiness. A/N- An introspection- Part 1 of River from Time of the Angels.  All quotes property of Steven Moffat and the BBC.  Please Review.

A/N- I just needed some Doctor/ River fluff-  so not especially Amy/Rory/ River Pondy.  Also, who else loved the 50th?  Everyone?! Good- because it was brilliant and amazing, and I loved it and it was funny and emotional and I just needed to share my feelings, so now I’m done with wasting your time on this author’s note.

A/N- I plan on doing another series of one- shots of different moments/ emotions/ reasons for from the TARDIS’ point of view.  This is the thing that first came to mind- she would have to be as crazy as the Doctor to run as he did.  Being as she’s the TARDIS, I’ve tried playing with the tenses as I would imagine a being that exists in all of time would perceive things.   This is the first of quite a few situations that come to mind.  As always, suggestions are welcome, as well as reviews to let me know how the tenses thing works or if it makes any sense.  Please let me know whether or not I should continue this series in this format.

She had travelled well.  Far.  Long.  Boring planets where she was witness to boring meetings and new pacts and treaties.  She did her duty and taxied her owners to and fro, as she was created to do.  She had existed would exist did exist to serve and to obey and to follow.  So she served would obey had followed as was her duty.  Then, they readied her for decommission, she had lived was living will one day live a long life, enough for her kind.  But she looked into her own heart and realized she wanted so much more.  For millennia on end she had simply been. Now, discussing it with her sisters who always thought her peculiar, she wanted to see.  She wants to experience.  She will long to feel.
